KINGREAL can provide perforated 300mm width Aluminum ceiling tile production line. Besides the 300mm*300mm size ceiling panels, we also use the same ceiling tile perforation line to produce 300*600mm, 300*1200mm size ceiling tiles without change the dies.
For the Perforation speed, usually it is about 6-8PCS/min for 300*300mm size, while the bending and forming is faster, usually we can seprate the production line into two steps.
Our 300mm width Supended Aluminum Ceiling Tiles Production Line is full automatic production which including the decoil, flattening, corner punch, forming and products output. The whole production line is easy to operate and need only one or two workers to operate.
