 Machine Description

KINGREAL 200mm U-Baffle Metal Ceiling Making Machine is for producing U-shape baffles with width from 20 to 100mm and height from 30 to 200mm.

The whole production line is composed by: Hydraulic decoiler, precision straightener, main roll forming machine, hydraulic follow shearing station, final product output table.








This U-Baffle Production Line is with High-quality Cr12MoV rollers, which ensures high-precision roll forming.

The whole roll forming section is PLC controlled, it‘s easy to operate thanks to our touch screen display. This line features with high-speed production and high-quality products.

Also, we can customize this production line to let it produce acoustic baffles.






With our specially designed  hollow rollers to reduce the problem of indentation caused by weight of the rollers.

This technology is particularly suitable for machines that produce above 300mm U baffles.

At the same time, hollow rollers are made of high quality steels to ensure precision working during roll forming procedure.

We use high-quality imported electrical appliances, such as Japanese Yaskawa NC servo feeder, PLC from FATEK, MCGS touch screens, which can ensure stable and continuous work of our machines.

We have unique quality independent archway panel structure for roller groups.

With our special design, archways were cast, then processed, surface treated.

Our archways not only are firm and durable, but also have stable qualities.

To respond to changing demands, we have hydraulic decoiler and manual decoiler with integrated hydraulic core expansion system.

For more, there is optional trolley for full-automatic metal loading.

Baffle sizes can be adjusted as per requirement from customer.

Also, we have production line to make ceiling carriers specially for baffle ceilings. Together, baffle and carrier can combine a baffle ceiling system.
